Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NeyzenCe mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NeyzenCe is a mobile application designed to help users learn the traditional Turkish musical instrument known as the Ney. The App provides:

• Interactive music sheets and notation
• Audio recordings and playback functionality
• Progressive learning content with difficulty levels
• Educational tutorials and guidance
• Offline access to downloaded content
• Optional Premium subscription features

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All musical content, including but not limited to music sheets, recordings, and educational materials within the NeyzenCe app, are the intellectual property of Neyzen Cemil Baştürk. All rights are reserved.

The App itself, including its design, code, and user interface, is owned by Mahmut Ömer Baştürk and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal devices
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Access and view the content provided within the App, including Premium content for the duration of an active subscription

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the App without written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share, transfer, or resell Premium entitlements

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, including Premium subscriptions, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Premium access is linked to your NeyzenCe account. Restoring purchases on another device requires signing in with the same account and using the App Store / Google Play restore flow.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including subscription-related data.

8. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

NeyzenCe is free to download and use with free features. Optional Premium content and features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions sold as in-app purchases. There is no one-time lifetime unlock product.

8.1 Available Plans

Depending on availability in your region and store listing, Premium plans may include:

• Monthly Premium — billed every month
• 3-Month Premium — billed every three months
• Annual Premium — billed every year; includes full access to the Nota Arşivi (Music Sheet Archive)

Exact features included in each plan are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may change over time.

8.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). NeyzenCe does not collect, store, or process your credit/debit card number, IBAN, or other payment instrument details.

Prices are set and displayed by the applicable store, may vary by country/region and currency, and are charged in accordance with the store’s billing rules.

8.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period (or according to the applicable store’s cancellation rules). Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

8.4 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions (or App Store account subscriptions)
• Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Canceling stops future renewals. You typically retain Premium access until the end of the paid period already charged. Deleting the App or your NeyzenCe account does not by itself cancel a store subscription; you must cancel in the store.

8.5 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same NeyzenCe account and the same Apple ID / Google account used for the original purchase. Subscription status and entitlements are verified through our subscription management provider (RevenueCat) linked to your account.

8.6 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies and applicable law. NeyzenCe cannot directly issue store refunds. For billing disputes, contact Apple Support or Google Play support, or reach out to us at info@neyzence.com and we will help where we can.

8.7 Changes to Plans & Pricing

We may change subscription plans, features, or pricing. Changes to existing auto-renewing subscriptions are subject to the rules of Apple and Google (including any required notice and consent). Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law and store policy.

9. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

While NeyzenCe is designed to support learning the Ney, it should not be considered a replacement for traditional instruction with a qualified teacher. The App is intended to supplement, not replace, proper musical education.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeyzenCe and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any other reason. Termination of App access does not automatically cancel an active store subscription; cancel that separately in the App Store or Google Play.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms in the App and on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
